Friday: 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Parents must bring a copy of their child's immunization record to the clinic at the time of their appointment.
$12.50 office visit fee and $6.50 per shot for children, some shots may vary (cash only
Medicaid accepted (except HMO/Managed Care)
$12.50 office visit fee and variable cost per shot for adults (cash only)
No residency requirements.
No one will be excluded.
